Itinerary for trip:

Residing in a hotel in Al Madineh Al Munawarah near the Prophet's (S) masjid for 5 nights, three meals a day included.
Visits to religious and historic sites in Medinah.
Travel from Madinah to Mekkah Al-Mukaramah by air-conditioned buses
Residence accommodation in Mekkah will be in a hotel either in the harram or in the aziziya area, which includes two meals daily.
Air conditioned tents in Arafat and Muna with three meals a day

PACKAGE 1: $8,500.00 Arrive to Medina September 9th, AlHaram Hotel 5 nights, September 14th travel to Mecca and stay at a 4-star hotel close to the harram for 14 days, $300.00 casheir check for Hajj Mutawef fee plus fee for animal sacriface (NOT INCLUDED). We will leave from Mecca to Jeddah back to the USA on September 27th.

PACKAGE 2: $6,900.00 Arrive to Medina September 9th, AlHaram Hotel 5 nights, September 14th travel to Mecca and stay in a hotel in the Aziziyah area for 14 days, $300.00 casheir check for Hajj Mutawef fee plus fee for animal sacriface (NOT INCLUDED). We will leave from Mecca to Jeddah back to the USA on September 27th.

Travel documentations required:

•Valid passport for six months

•Meningitis vaccination

•Four recent passport size photos with a white background

•Signed limited liability contract

•Women under 45 years must be accompanied by a mahram

•Women over 45 years must have an authorization letter

Cancellation fees:

•For all cancellations 1 month before travel a charge of $3000 will be applied plus airline fees that are determined by the travel agent.

•Cancellations before more than 1 month of travel date will require a $500 cancellation fee.

Program and Schedule for Trip:

Preparation for Travel:

Passport and ticket
Put your name and address on all your luggage and carrry-ons.
Arrive three hours before departure at the airport.
Call airline to confirm flight time and arrange for vegetarian meals.

Program in Medinah:

Lectures will be given in regards to hajj rituals.
Tour of holy sites in Medinah which include:
Masjid al Qiblataen: where the Qiblah was changed to the Kaba
Masjid Qiba: The first masjid that was built in Islam, where the Prophet waited for Imam Ali (A) and the Fawatim before entering Medinah.
Mountain of Uhud: where Hamza (A) and the shuhada of Uhud are buried.
Al Baqe': where Imam Hassan Al Mujtaba (A), Imam Zain Al Abideen (A), Imam Mohammad Al Baqir (A), and Imam Jafar As Sadiq (A) are buried.

Program in Mekkah:

Depart from Medinah to Masjid Al Shajarah, where the niyyat of hajj will be made and the ihram will be worn.
Trip from Medinah to Mekkah will take about 6-8 hours, depending on traffic.
Upon arrival get settled in the building, drop off luggage then head to the Ha'ram to perform Umrat al Tamatuaa, comprised of Tawaf, salat al Tawaf, Saiee between Safa and Marwaa, and taqseer (shortening) of hair.
Every pilgrim will have an ID card that has the address of the hotels in each city in case you get lost..
Lectures will be given daily.

Keep in mind the streets will be very crowded, always try to stay with a member from the group.

Schedule and rituals for Arafat, Muna, and Muzdalafah will be provided in Mekkah.

Try to keep with you the obligatory actions of hajj and the necessary duas in case you are lost or separated from the group, then you know what to do without losing time.

On the last day, departure from Mekkah to Jeddah should be 12 hours before the plane departs. There will be many stops and delays along the way, please be prepared to wait.

In order for this trip to be truly one of your most influential and extraordinary lifetime experiences, we need to all work together. The trip is short (aboout 20 days long) and there are many obligations, rules, and actions that must be followed accordingly; thus, your patience is needed at all times and we thank you in advance for your help and cooperation.
